Matt,
You will 'probably' need to get longer lines. If you don't need to
drive the truck tommorrw, go ahead and install the springs and see what
the lines look like. With a spring lift you will have the springs pretty
much at full droop because of the arch so if the lines aren't too tight
with the axle hanging on the springs with the wheels off, you are
alright.
