Yes, the 4 cyl is tilted, but the difference is in the drilling in the
bell housing, not in the transmission. Therefore, there shouldn't be any
problem from this with a swap.
The bell housing is different between the 3 speeds and 4 speeds, up until
1975 when the T-15 was introduced with a larger bolt pattern that matched
the 4 speed pattern.
