  I saw some aftermarket seats at a 4x4 shop that were rears  for some
variety of Jeep.  I measured width, etc, it looked like they'd be easy to
adapt.   I think the seat folded forward.  Don't remember the price, but it
was more than I was willing to pay since I don't really need a back seat. 
The original Scout seats seem to be hard to find, and I don't know why.  I
thought all travel top models came with a back seat.

  Same with roll bars.  There's some variety of Jeep bar that's nearly
identical to what's in my 800.  I know of a guy 30 miles south of Seattle
with about 8 of these.  When I asked why he had so many Scout rollbars, he
explained they were Jeep bars, but would fit early Scouts.
