Umm... I don't *think* so.

It's just 2x the stock gasket.  I have two full gaskets, slipped inside each
other.  If you were paranoid, you could cut the center out of a gasket,
leaving the outer sealing rim... put that in the cover, then put a full
gasket inside that.

The goal is to double up the rubber lip/seal on the outer edge... which
makes the whole fit much tighter, and less leaks.
