Sorry for the delay but, once again, I have fallen behind on the digests.

I have used a program called ImageGen. I believe it's shareware so it's not
polished and requires quite a bit of tweaking to use but it's saved me a
lot of time in the past. If you can't find it on the internet somewhere,
let me know and I'll see if I can find the install file.
