If you follow Michael's suggestion and trade off your GC and buy a lot of 
old IH's, then I suspect that you will likely get one more kiss from 
"blond baby-cheeks". A good-bye kiss.
I'd check her mail, she probably will be getting an offer from Michael 
saying that he is trading off everything he owns to buy her a GC if only 
............
