Decal Glue Removal

No.

I'm serious, I tried 3M's Woodgrain Adheisive Remove (not what you think, you use the "Woodgrain and Stripe Remover" first, then you use the AR stuff for the white glue residue that's left on it.)  You can have the damn can to see for yourself.

The futility of it all is what made me get the thing painted in the first place-  it was supposed to wait until the cash reserve built up again after getting the '67 finished...

I also messed with kerosene and gasoline, since the paint wasn't in that great a shape.
