Oops: Where have I been

O.K. Esteemed friends and learned colleagues, someone tell me what is
going on?

I just realized that I haven't been receiving the IHC Digest since
Monday afternoon. A quick posting to the Digest, brought nothing back to
me. A quick check of "list" from majordomo, said I wasn't on any list. A
quick check of my isp with majordomo, also said no one was on with that
ISP. That would indicate a bigger problem I think, because Michael Shaw
and I use the same ISP.

So, a quick note to Richard and a re-subscribe with successful results
from Majordomo. This is my first note to test that all is well.
