Need a gasket and 800 wipers Part MCXLVIII

Ok folks where's the best place to get a windshield gasket for an 800, 1970
to be exact? Still available? Unobtanium?

Anyone figure out an electrical wiper solution for the 800s (low mount )? I
need to get reliable wipers in this thing ASAP. It's going to live with its
owner in Montana and needs a W/S and wipers for winter.
