Geez. This is an IH, not a Ferrari. Make sure it's got oil and that the
wiring is complete enough to turn it over and fire it too. Hey, got fuel
to the carb. Crank the thing over. It will probably amaze you and start
and run just fine. If it doesn't, track down the problem and fix all
those little things.

All those "little oil squirts", change the fuel, look for rat nests in
the carb, those are for namby pamby cars. IH's will run on Kerosene or
moonshine and they can "pass a rat's nest" right through without damage.

Has this thing been sitting in the rain or something?
