Try Navistar first for the slave cyl.  I got one from them just
a few years back.  They might have used it for something 
bigger, it was in the bright orange Navistar box and everything.

However, the "IH" molded into the front of it was gone.
Wonder why.

By "try Navistar," I mean just go to a place who services
medium-duty trucks.  They can probably figure it out or
know a place that used to sell light-line.

But If it was just a light-line part, then you'll need to go to one
of the guys who bought the light-line support from Navistar
(Super Scout Specialists, etc.).

I have stacks of what I thought were non-working wiper
motors.  It turns out that they come apart easily, and if you
just clean them up they usually start working again.

If yours is truly burnt out, then I guess I could poke through
the pile and pick out a decent one.
