cats

I put my dual cats in my dual exhaust where the mufflers were supposed
to go. According to my mechanic, who only does inspections for me now,
the cats are supposed to be a certain distance from the engine to get
good and hot to work. I know mine don't start to work unless I run in
the high 60's for a while. After a little run at that spped or greater
you can smell the rotten egg smell coming from the cats. I don't think I
ever made the 500 mile breaking time so they are still new because they
don't get used that much.
