bashing auto parts stores

   I can't say anything about Parts America because I've never been in
one, but; I will never ever ever, except if ist the only thing in miles,
go to Pep Boys again. What use to be a great local business is now a
comglomerate that cares less about customers and even less about how
their employees treat customers. I don't mean when a parts boy doesn't
know what a Scout is. I mean the attitude I get when I ask questions
that most people wouldn't ask. I get so frustrated by a person who makes
$5.50/hour acting like they hold the destiney of your vehicle in their
hands. From now on if I can't get it at NAPA I can't get it.
