Rhino
Thanks for the responses to my questions, here are a few follow-ups:
1. Joel, you mentioned putting plugs in holes drilled for drainage
below the panels between doors & wheel wells. What kind of plugs
are you referring to?
2. As far as the removability of Rhino, perhaps I'll just assume that
I can mechanically remove it where a new floor will one day have
to go (with something like a Fein corner sander with the cutting
disk).
3. Joel, how did you manufacture your mounts? Ever consider making
Travelall ones?
4. Jeff, thanks for the secure box idea. Sounds like I'll probably
go with a Tuffy console up front and a home-made heavy plywood
box in back for security with the soft top. Any recommendations
on affordable steel boxes of about the right size?
5. Since I am Rhino-lining the interior anyway, and since we almost
never have rain out here (Manitou Springs, CO), what is the best
way to keep my seats dry if I just leave my top off? I remember
a while back some folks talking about neoprene seat covers. Anyone
try that or anything better?
Thanks,
Ken Farmer
