RE: Flame arrester



Andrew,

I don't know if the flame arrestor lets air out of the valve covers or
if it lets air in to compensate for what the pvc takes out.  If it is
the latter, I would definitely put some kind of filter on the hose or
fitting.  Normally this fitting is connected to the bottom of the
aircleaner assembly, which lets out inside the airfilter.  Right now I
have so much blow by etc. all that stuff is going right down my carb
without even being filtered.  (the new engine will take care of that.)

Maybe someone else will address this issue, also and set us straight on
it.
