I broke about 30 ft off of my winch cable.  Does anyone know of a
place near Kent WA that can repair the end of my cable.

 Nick, try giving Warn Industries a call. I believe
 They are up in your area. Let them know that your
 cable is broken, frayed and kinked. They might
 just give you a new one...they gave me a new
 one and I didn't even ask for one.
