Sorry, can't resist but...

I guess *I* must have it pretty hard.. at home, I read my email using PINE
on my Linux box.. right at the console, seems pretty quick to me.  And the
mail gets there pretty quick over my 64K dedicated connection..

But, I must complain.. when I'm at work, the best way to check my mail is
with Eudora (w/ "Leave Mail on Server").. I have to sit and suffer while my
continously growing mail spool is sent across the line (128K at work) to my
desktop.. sometimes it's up to 100messages before I telnet home and clean
out my mailbox in the afternoon.. 

So, every 15min or so Eudora polls my mail for me.. so, not only do I have
to download 100messages, but I do it every 1/4 hour! :-)
