To calculate the free diameter of a tire, multiply size by the aspect ratio
then multiply by 2. Divide result by 25.4 to convert to inches then add
rim size.
P235/75R15 gives 235*0.75*2/25.4+15 = 28.88
To get an approximation of rolling diameter, divide by 1.025.
